How do I change or cancel my order?

Any changes to your order (including cancellations) must be requested within 12 hours of your order confirmation. Our warehouse team strives to ship your order out as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

While we will try our best to make the necessary changes to your order, we cannot guarantee this.

How do I track the status of my order?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in California. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track your shipment in real time.

How do I return or exchange my order?
